This Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role acts as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT department, understanding business needs and working with IT partners to implement solutions. The BSA performs project discovery, develops budget estimates, and documents requirements in a business requirements document (BRD). They will be responsible for leading teams, analyzing current and future state processes, and driving the solution selection process.

Build a deep understanding of product biology processes, support the creation of a change roadmap and promote a culture of considered risk taking. Identify needs of the organization and translate these into initiative and epic level artifacts.
